Position: IT Infrastructure Administrator - HYBRID
Reports Directly: IT Director
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - OR - Chicago, Illinois - HYBRID
Remote role with with 20% Travel to support various locations in Wisconsin and Illinois

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Administrator III with in-depth knowledge to manage our organization’s environment. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and implementing IT enterprise solutions. The IT Administrator is a key technical resource providing quality support for various teams and efforts.

YOUR MISSION
IT Infrastructure Responsibilities
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT infrastructure
  • Configure and optimize multiple Cisco devices including routers, switches, and monitoring applications
  • Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues and provides updates to leadership
  • Recommends network design changes and enhancements to improve operations
  • Develops and documents operating procedures for technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Prioritize, align and schedule OS and other infrastructure changes, deployments and upgrades as needed
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Configures automation routines using scripting and other programming languages
  • Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Our future IT Infrastructure Administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar and 5+ years of related experience
  • Passion for delivering high quality IT services with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Applicable professional qualification, such Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA
  • Background working in a large networking environment with IT staff across the globe in a multi-national corporation
  • Experience in problem-solving and implementation in wireless, servers, networking
  • Knowledge of enterprise system monitoring and management tools such as, Service Now, Jira, PRTG, Nectus
