Job Description


LOCATION: Mexico
Main skills (Must have):
  • Advanced understanding of key inherent risk and market and credit risk management control practices.
  • Junior Project Manager (2-3 years of experience)..
  • Strong knowledge in market and credit risk management principles, methodologies and tools.

  • These projects are typically highly visible initiatives with significant impact on business or product viability.
  • Responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts across the organization; coordinates, monitors and manages projects across multiple disciplines including in the Risk domains.
Position Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develops presentations, dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentation.
  • Monitor key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level.
  • Advises executive management of recommended changes and/or improvements.
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
  • Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • Ability to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activities.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, sets scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognizes changing requirements and addresses program / project impact.
  • Powerpoint, Delivery Hub, Insight (Important NICE TO HAVE).
  • Strong market and credit risk management principles, methodologies and tools, governance principles and activity preferably in a financial services technology environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience; extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access)
  • Advanced understanding of key inherent risk and market and credit risk management control practices to understand and implement analysis.
  • Knowledge of workflow/processes and risks/controls.
