Internship Program Structure:

• Start Date: Summer 2024
• Hybrid flexibility: at least 2 days in the office
• Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months

What you'll do:

• Assisting with phishing simulation & response
• Support the goals of the security team by working on key initiatives as needed
• Ticket management, support, and alert triaging
• Assist in creating yearly cybersecurity training along with a cyber security training for new hires
• Compile metrics for the security team's scorecard monthly

What you'll need:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Security Incident Response processes including preparation, identification, containment, eradication, and recovery
• Hands on support experience with a variety of security tools and technologies
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
• Project, task management, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
