Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top IT talent and a keen understanding of the technology market. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our company’s future by identifying and attracting the best tech talents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other strategies to source potential candidates.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, and facilitate the placement of candidates.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay current with IT trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and roles to be filled.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to our current recruitment process. s.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy specifically tailored for IT roles, ensuring alignment with our company’s business objectives.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit before recommending them for interviews.


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IT industry and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
