The IT Sustainability team supports multiple business units from a technology perspective. Our partners range from buying, operations, supply chain, accounting, and sustainability. The team will provide direction on technology solutions, support existing processes by providing operational assistance, and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation. Sustainability is core to Costco’s future growth and is an alignment with the company’s ‘do the right thing’ mentality.

ROLE

Works with stakeholders to identify solutions that support their business requirements.

Works independently and within a team environment.

Pays attention to detail, self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.

Learns and applies new concepts, processes and tools.

Takes initiative to solve problems and multi-tasks by prioritizing projects and deadlines.

Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders and all levels of management.

Supports IT Sustainability projects and Initiatives.

Supports Business Areas Initiatives.

REQUIRED

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possess good organizational, time, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, and stay well organized.

Must be maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Must be students currently enrolled in an IT undergraduate or graduate program at a community college, college or university or a recent graduate.

Understanding of IT concepts Code design/unit testing.

Understanding of Reporting concepts.

Exposure to Smartsheets and Google Sheets.

Ability to work well within a team.

Recommended

IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certification or better.

Experience with statistical analysis and reporting.

Experience with C#, C, SQL, Javascript, HTML, PowerShell

Prior experience with the IT Service Management software.

Costco warehouse, Ecommerce or retail experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $28.45
