This individual will be responsible for:

·Laptop Deployment

·Ticketing through ServiceNow

·Communicating with executives

·Performing laptop imaging & setup related tasks while providing helpdesk support as needed

·Obtaining and conveying clear information for Windows troubleshooting

·Supporting special projects as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·One (1) plus years of hands-on help desk experience.

·Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center environment.

·Strong customer service mentality.

·Interpersonal skills, communicating with executives.
