Job Description
We are looking for a Director of IT and Facilities who will be responsible for delivering productive workstations, enabling platforms/tools, and engaging workplaces. In this role, you will lead a team who executes critical day-to-day operations, supports key platforms/tools for our corporate stakeholders, and ensures our offices are safe, productive, and engaging.
What you will do:
  • Define a strategic roadmap, including a scalable infrastructure and enabling platforms/tools that support companywide workflows, applications, communications, and data sharing.
  • Manage and plan IT/facilities budget expenditures, establish performance goals and objectives for your team, and measure outcomes to assure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work with Clearwater’s Office Leaders to provide productive and engaging offices.
  • Manage Clearwater’s inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment such as laptops, chairs, desks and other business-related items.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program efficiency.
  • Support day to day business operations, ensure efficient operation of facilities, mitigate risk, and ensure that facilities meet the needs of our business.
  • Manage the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies including cloud, networking, high performance computing, continuous delivery and the latest collaboration technologies.
  • Oversee service management activities including change and release management, testing, quality assurance and end-to-end technical integration.
  • Ensure the overall availability, integrity, and scalability for all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee planning and management of IT operations and facilities, including production support, release management, business continuity, network operations, help desk, facilities management and field support.
Who you are:
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair project planning and management principles.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of different IT applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across levels, geographies, and functions.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset who is output-oriented.
  • 15+ years of experience in global IT positions ideally in roles leading programs to scale, optimize, and transform.
  • Strong track record and someone who is both an engaging leader and hands-on.
