As a hands-on leader, you will develop our technology initiatives, align them with business objectives, and provide critical support for data analytics across key stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the President, this is a leadership position with responsibility for ensuring seamless connectivity, enhancing system security, and driving overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, providing thought leadership and input on relevant system perspectives, tools, connectivity, and services.
  • Evaluate and execute strategic opportunities, supporting their integration across the organization.
  • Leverage external resources as needed to support technical and functional expertise.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration, coordinating efforts across the organization for well-orchestrated work.
  • Provide data analytics to other managers, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Champion enterprise risk management related to data delivery, integrity, and innovation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and compliance requirements, making recommendations to address potential impacts on the business.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to select and implement systems and software that enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Define and maintain IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Develop and monitor short and long-range technical strategies to support business growth.
  • Align technology vision with business strategy, integrating processes with appropriate technologies.
  • Lead the annual IT budgeting process and monitor information technology trends.
  • Foster a high-performing team, providing development, mentorship, and performance management to ensure individual and organizational goals are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of modern ERP and BI platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of progressive experience.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, networks, databases, and phone systems including EPICOR, QLIK, Service Desk and Google platform.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic business partner, developing and implementing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Dynamic and strategic technology leader with a proven track record.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Ability to instill rigor and discipline in processes.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology integration and operations.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
