ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Business Stakeholders closely in Model N Channel Data management, Revenue Cloud and Rebate Management modules implementation.

  • Involve in SFDC-Model N project developments and performed testcases.
  • Implement enhancements on standard objects like Campaigns, Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Dashboards and Reports.
  • Create new custom objects, assigned fields, designed page layouts, custom tabs, components, custom reports.
  • Develop Apex triggers, controllers to integrate customer data with various systems from SFDC-downstream system.
  • Implement integrations with ERP such as master data and pricing.
  • Create Business Rules for various cloud customers and implement the pricing Modules in Model N
  • Perform END to END testing for Various Model N Business functions.
  • Analyze and Fix the Defect raised by Business Users. Provide business support, involving training, analyzing, and Issue resolution.
  • Develop informatica integration to update the data in SFDC and pull the data from SFDC and sent to ERP and other downstream systems.
  • Deploy Managed packages into SFDC which are Model N cloud for Rebate Management
  • Migrate direct and indirect customer information from ERP system to new Model N system and Salesforce systems
  • Develop Rebate and payment-related reports from SFDC.
  • Work on Model N web services and help the business to resolve their Web service interface issues.

Qualifications


REQUIRED:

  • 11 - 14 years of work experience involving Model N Revenue Cloud, Model N Channel Data Management, Model N Revvy Management.
  • Experience in Model N modules Price Strategy and Price Management, Experience on Model N opportunities and Quotes and Debit Modules.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT (or) Equivalent.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Model N implementation experience
  • In-depth understanding of CRM business process like Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management, and contract Management.
  • Very Good Exposure on User and roles and responsibilities in Model N.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Toad, SQL Plus, SQL Developer.
  • Good understanding of Oracle database management such materialized view, explain plan etc.
  • Expertise in Functional analysis, establishing business rules and process flows, design Flex field structures, segments, value sets, GAP analysis, configuration setups and validations.
  • XML, XSLT, PL/SQL, BPEL, Perl, Shell Script
  • Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns as per client’s need.
  • Exposure to OLAP/BI tools such as OBIEE
  • Significant experience in issue resolution, client communication and reporting.
  • Experience creating and reviewing ETL design and mapping specifications documents
  • Skilled in customizing standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Debits,
  • Writing PL/SQL quires, stored procedures, and advanced PL/SQL methods.
  • Expertise in Advanced PL/SQL
  • Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Implementation experience with Web based technologies including HTML, XML, JSP.
  • Experienced with multi-national and distributed development environments
  • Sales Force Admin and Developer methods.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital’s Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Western Digital’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.

  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
