Job Summary:

ZOLL Medical Corporation is committed to developing technologies that help advance the practice of resuscitation. With products for pacing, defibrillation, circulation, ventilation, and fluid resuscitation, ZOLL provides a comprehensive set of technologies that can help clinicians, EMS professionals, and lay rescuers resuscitate sudden cardiac arrest or trauma victims. ZOLL also designs and markets software that automates the documentation and management of both clinical and non-clinical data.

This position reports to the Manager, End User Services and reviews and validates data in accordance with data validation plans and data management procedures to ensure user directory consistency and accuracy part of the Global IT organization. The Global IT Co-op will verify assigned account data with stakeholders to determine legitimacy and takes action as required.

Essential Functions:

• Reporting findings to team lead so that actions can be taken to clean up, update, and sanitize personnel information in repositories
• Categorize data based on assignment
• Identifying data anomalies
• Accurately update report data that will be used in correcting and updating information in downstream systems
• Perform all data review and validation as assigned
• Use internal technical tools to review account usage, legitimacy and appropriately identify users across multiple systems and directories

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS/Office, demonstrated ability use MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word with an intermediate knowledge of Excel use
• Experience using Office 365 collaboration tools such as OneDrive and Teams a plus
• Working in a professional environment a plus
• 0-1+ years’ experience reviewing data and performing analysis

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organization and project objectives
• Candidate must exhibit attention to detail, and able to work under periodic time constraints

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Cyber Security or equivalent
