eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst for a role within the healthcare space. This individual will be the liaison between external stakeholders and IT. The successful applicant will gather requirements, define user acceptance criteria, work with cross-functional teams, and more. This individual will be working on software development related projects.

What you will do:

• Communicate effectively with end users and IT to promote teamwork and mutual understanding of goals and business requirement
• Collaborate with management team to thoroughly understand the needs of technical projects
• Partner with customers at all levels within the organization and with outside customers to analyze and define needs and specifications
• Provide end user feedback to IT on areas that need improvement to maximize user productivity
• Ensure successful user adoption of new software and tools by providing effective end user training and clearly written user guides
• Provide clearly written business requirements and define User Acceptance Criteria to IT
• Develop documentation and create and execute work plans for quality assurance initiatives across business units within the organization
• Perform initial analysis to troubleshoot application issues

What we need from you

• A strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management is needed
• Understanding of managed care processes is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, or related field required
• General knowledge of programming technologies is helpful
