It Audit Manager Jobs

The IT Audit Manager will be responsible for leading a global team that manages and executes audits of Mars’ critical systems and applications. This role needs to have a deep understanding of risks, controls, and mitigation. The role holder must be able to work in a global environment providing services for all regions.

What are we looking for?

• Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
• Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex IT audits
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 7-10 years of experience in IT audit or compliance.
• Skilled line manager who can build highly effective, engaged teams
• Experience with control design, risk frameworks, project management and operational metrics.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple, concurrent audits. This includes managing schedule and scope.
• Establish ways of working with key stakeholders, including internal and external auditors.
• Deliver high-quality audit reports for senior management.
• Help design, test, and operationalize new controls.
• Lead the planning and execution of pre-implementation reviews.
• Lead a global IT Audit team.
• Assess existing controls and help identify areas for improvement.
