Job Title: Strategy & Expansion

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our growing startup to lead our strategy around fundraising & expansion. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential investors, managing fundraising activities, and providing strategic guidance to support our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising:

- Lead all fundraising efforts, including preparing investment materials, financial models, and pitch decks.

- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including venture capital firms, private equity investors, and strategic partners.

- Engage with investors to present the investment opportunity, address their concerns, and negotiate terms.

- Conduct due diligence activities and coordinate with legal, finance, and executive teams to ensure a smooth fundraising process.

- Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders.

2. Strategic Guidance:

- Provide strategic advice and insights to the executive team on fundraising strategies, investor trends, and capital market dynamics.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's investor messaging, positioning, and value proposition.

- Assist in developing and executing the company's financial and business development strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tier I venture capital fund in the United States

- Proven track record in successfully raising funds and managing investor relations for high-growth companies.

- Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem, investor landscape, and fundraising best practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct financial analysis, build financial models, and interpret market data.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
