The Associate will join a dynamic and collaborative team of seasoned investment banking professionals and will work closely with senior leaders, playing a key role in deal processes in all stages from origination through execution. The successful candidate will be a seasoned mid-level investment banking professional with several years of robust experience executing M&A and capital raising transactions in software and SaaS verticals, with progressive and increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Investment Banking Associate, and a demonstrated history of successful M&A and capital raising transaction execution, are required. Experience in software and SaaS verticals is required.

We are a lean team with strong deal flow. The Associate must be eager and comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly, adept at managing multiple projects and capable of producing quality work on short timelines.
