Job Description

We are currently working with a leading Middle Market investment bank to bring on skilled Investment Banking Associates to their successful and growing software focused group. The Silicon Valley-based firm regularly closes large transactions with high-growth and mature technology companies in the software related verticals (Enterprise Software, Vertical SaaS, IT Security, Media Tech, etc.).


To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following qualifications:


Qualifications:

  • U.S. work authorization
  • Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills
  • At least 3 years of M&A experience and/or multiple years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, with strong preference for software sector coverage and experience
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, manage, and mentor teams
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Team player with competitive drive; motivated self-starter with collaborative, team-oriented approach to success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both large and small group settings
  • FINRA Series 63 and 79 registration
  • Proven quantitative and technical skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
