Investment Banking Analyst Jobs

We are currently partnered with a Specialty Boutique Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their FIG Depositories team in Washington, D.C. This Investment Banking Analyst will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another record year here in Washington D.C within the FIG sector, gaining sell-side M&A reps and experience working with senior leadership for clear path for upward mobility.

Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on sell-side M&A, some buy-side M&A, and some capital markets.
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Mentoring, training and supervising analyst and associate level bankers.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:

• 1 year of Investment Banking experience OR completed an Investment Banking Internship.
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accouting or related fields.
• Relocate to Washington D.C or be in the Washington D.C/Baltimore area.
• FIG experience preferred but not required.
