About the Role

The Firm is seeking an associate to support our growing organization. Candidates should beknowledgeable in financial markets and emerging technology, uniquely experienced and biasedtoward action and results. You will work directly with the investment team to support specificaspects of pre and post-investment workflow. This role will be demanding – consisting ofmarket and technical research, investment diligence, and other activities critical to informeddecision-making. You will play an integral role in scaling our organization’s key functions in a

way that presents an incredible opportunity for professional growth. You will gain first-handexposure to the top enterprise startups, VC firms, and limited partners. This is a greatopportunity for pre/post-MBA candidates or individuals with investment banking, privateequity, or relevant consulting experience.

Compensation: $150k + healthcare, PTO, and retirement plan

Location: San Diego (HQ) or NYC. Travel required.
