Role Description

Axxes Capital, located in Miami, FL, is seeking a multi-faceted Investment Analyst with experience in asset management and alternative investments, from private equity to private credit, venture capital, and real estate, along with the requisite technical knowledge.

Company Overview

Axxes Capital was established to revolutionize the traditional asset management industry by providing financial advisors with access to innovative private market investment solutions for both their qualified and mass affluent accredited clients. Axxes Capital expects to introduce a suite of SEC-registered investment solutions built exclusively for wealth advisors at private banks, RIAs, family offices, and independent broker dealers. The company’s investment vehicles are expected to target various private equity and credit sectors which could offeri potentially higher returns and improved portfolio diversification.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Perform special projects as needed.
• Analyze existing and potential investments using various performance and risk measurement techniques.
• Assist senior staff in monitoring investments by meeting with investment managers.
• Create statistical analysis and general research related to alternative investments and capital markets.
• Produce reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including Axxes Capital’s investment team, administration, investment committee, and board of directors.
• Attend and produce research from industry events to broaden the team’s network and knowledge base.

Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to distill complex, technical concepts into understandable and actionable information.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and various data visualization tools.
• Strong interest in global financial markets and desire to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and two years of work experience.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Results-oriented with an ability to thrive in an intense, rapidly changing environment.
• Collegial attitude and a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
• Experience with investments desirable but not required, though it would be helpful for candidates to be familiar with the basic principles of finance, accounting, asset management, and alternative investments, from private equity to private credit, venture capital, and real estate.

Benefits & Compensation Range

• Company-sponsored health benefits; including medical, dental, life, and short-term disability, when in effect, and paid time off (PTO).
• Competitive and based on candidate experience, $90,000 - $125,000 annually.
