Inventory Specialist - Remote

WLFL/WRDC has a great opportunity for you! We have an open position in our Advertising Support Operations department for an Inventory Specialist. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing commercial advertisement inventory through a variation of log editing and preempting, communicating inventory oversell and availability, as well as working closely with Sales Managers daily to maximize inventory and revenue potential.
Responsibilities

• Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner
• Verify commercial logs for accurate programming information, commercial content, product separation, advertiser separation, and extensive editing for on-air broadcast
• Communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations daily
• Provide assistance as needed for all processes related to programming, generating sales reports, and working advanced inventory within established time parameters
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead and effectively manage all advertising material to maximize inventory and revenue potential

Requirements:

• Broadcast TV or radio experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are also a must
• You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $15.39 to $17.31. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
