Job Description

Job Summary

Supports the management of daily reconciliations pertaining to sales/revenues and inventory management in the ERP. Assist with other granular aspects of integration of the Galaxy (Point of Sale system) data integrated in the ERP.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supports all park departments to manage day to day inventory and stock variation errors

· Supports the ecommerce to Galaxy daily reconciliation

· Supports and audits sales/accesses reconciliation

· Responsible for daily reconciliation of the ERP data integrated in the reporting system (TM1) before daily distributions

· Supports central assignment of Workday taxonomies

· Additional Accounts Payable responsibilities when necessary

· Hybrid Role (3 at least days on-site)

· Required Weekend and Holiday hours

Requirements

Education:College Degree (Finance) and/or equivalent work experience

Languages:Fluent English

Skills:

  • Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
  • Previous experience in the industry or similar industries such as retail
  • 2+ years experience in a similar responsibility position with knowledge of the accounting policies and procedures

·Leadership: Ability to take ownership, train and continuously improve processes

·Initiative and Adaptability: Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

·Communication: Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel

·Time Management/Prioritization: Understand and manage work flows, organize and manage competing priorities, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to detail

·Flexibility: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands for multiple concurrent projects

·Computer Proficiency: MS Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook

Experience:Excel, SQL database, Office administration

  • Homestead, PA 15120: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
