About the Role

We are looking for an effective Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory flow for all US merchandise operations. This person will be responsible for coordinating merch distribution plans across all venues as well as receiving, warehousing and distribution operations based out of the Atlanta warehouse. They will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products for multiple exhibits. Ultimately, they should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, damages report, etc)
  • Monitor shipping logistics and delivery within given time frame
  • Communicate effectively with venue managers, local suppliers and transport companies.
  • Strategically manage merchandise logistics, in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Manage stock control and reconcile data in Square
  • Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, distribution operations.
  • Report any facility needs, damages, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain the facility.
  • Maintain an organized layout and ensure efficient space utilization in the warehouse
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security


About You

  • Preferred Experience with Square
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Hands on experience with inventory management software and databases,
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in using Excel, Adobe, & Google Suite
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have proven work experience with inventory management
  • An expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
