Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time/Seasonal)

Job Summary for Inventory Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team for up to 30 hours per week during our busy event season (June through September) as an Inventory Coordinator. The overall responsibility of this role is to m anage inventory at storage sites in Jersey City and Marlboro , NJ , and Midtown Manhattan

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to l ift heavy items (51-100 lbs . )
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Proven experience in inventory management or similar role a plus I n-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and procedures a plus
• Shifts times and dates can be somewhat flexible as event schedule allows
• This job is both manual and mental, involving heavy lifting , building of basic games (think KanJam setup , assembling cornhole boards, etc. ) , inventory counting , and storage organization , as well as record keeping, planning, and ordering
• As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet event demands. You will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory control processes and streamlining operations. Responsibilities: Conduct pre-event material review and packing to prepare for the materials delivery team. Conduct physical inventory checks after events to review, organize and report on all current inventory. Unbox, build and organize all event materials upon receipt Coordinate with event planners and operations team to forecast inventory needs accurately and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular inventory analysis and reporting, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. Implement and enforce inventory procedures and policies for on-site event team to follow and report back on. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to access our storage sites in both Marl boro , NJ and Midtown Manhattan as well as our third - party venue in Jersey City, NJ Must be able to accommodate a variable schedule of up to 30 hours per w eek
• Expectation is for the Inventory Coordinator to spend between 3-5 hours pre-event prepping inventory and 3-5 hours post-event reviewing inventory
• Weekly schedule to be determined in partnership with ZogCulture event planning team based on schedule of client events which can range from 0 to 4+ per week
