We are currently searching for an Inventory Control Clerk to join the DecksDirect team! The Inventory Control Clerk is an active participant of the inventory control team and assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to maintain accurate inventory, communicating updates and improvement plans to stakeholders, and planning and coordinating inventory deliverables that ensure a healthy and accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Clerk is vital to the company’s overall growth strategy and day-to-day efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities

• Understand key inventory metrics and work in conjunction with Operations, Distribution, Procurement, and Customer Solutions Teams to utilize key performance indicators to ensure accurate inventory
• Provide support to Solutions, Shipping, Receiving, and Procurement teams as they execute their department activities, including stock checks and cycle counts
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and be an active participant in all inventory control initiatives
• Continually conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, and inventory investigations

Education & Experience

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• 1 + years of experience in inventory/supply chain
• Strong math skills
• Working experience with Google Workspace, specifically Gmail, Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Meet; experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets a plus
• Exceptional organizational and data management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
