Job Description

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Routing Analyst to join their team. The person in this role will be responsible for optimizing delivery routes and managing inventory levels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of lumber products. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

- Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels

- Develop delivery routes to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce costs

- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory management

- Create and maintain metrics reports on inventory levels, delivery efficiency, and cost savings

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred

- At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, routing analysis, or related field

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis software (such as Excel or Tableau)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
