Responsible for participating in the planning and execution of digital coverage plans, including the creation of graphic and visuals contents with a focus on user interfaces and experiences in support of agency objectives. Responsible for content creation that includes creating and managing social & digital assets, content material for websites, infographics by implementing a blend of strategic, analytical and creative thinking. Organizes digital resources and presents progress and initiatives to the Service Chief. Promotes and ensures brand awareness by growing the Bangla Service's digital presence and expanding upon the current user interface and experience. Researches, develops and implements current digital and graphic design trends. Keeps abreast of new developments in digital news gathering and distribution. Constantly improves and streamlines production processes, reshaping workflow as the situation dictates. Understands political, economic, social, cultural and historic issues and developments, public attitudes and trends in U.S. and world news, public attitudes and trends. Has broad knowledge of multiple internal and commercial software systems, analytics tools and flexibility in adapting to new technology and media.

This is not an announcement for a federal job.
