International Marketing Coordinator Jobs

Be the key point of contact for all International Partners and manage all contracts and sub-licensing deals.Keep an overview of all deals and help plan and coordinate all international expansion for Buffalo.

Responsibilities

• Send regular updates about new product launches.
• Provide marketing materials for existing products in portfolios.
• Serve as the main company coordinator and point person for all non-US sales and marketing efforts.
• Maintain relationships with international licensing and distribution partners.
• Execute distribution and sub-licensing agreements.
• Maintain master licensee list, by country and by licensed items.Keep track of what countries have licensed each product.

·Maintain multiple Price and Rights lists by Territory, Artist/Inventor, product licenses.

• Create and maintain sales sheets for all new and ongoing products.
• Serve as liaison for all finance and accounting matters related to international business, including invoicing and collections.
• Generate half-year reporting for all international business.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to maintain updated international price lists.
• Coordinate artwork and file transfer requests for localization partners and manage approval process for translated versions.
• Coordinate with Senior Manager of Logistics in managing ex-works English-language distribution in both major international territories (UK, Australia, New Zealand) as well as with smaller international distributors and retailers that flow through Edaron.
• Work with forecasting and sourcing teams to develop production plans for Ex-works orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Marketing/Sales is required.

·Degree in Business or accounting or adjacent.

·High level of skill in Microsoft Office

·Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·Ability to organize and manage large amounts of date.
