  • Lead regional participation in go-to-market ensuring local teams understand what needs to be delivered at each gate and providing recommendations to the global team for improvements/region consistencies.
  • Elevating standards and templates to gather consistent information which ensures the low lift for regional input but provides digestible and actionable direction for NBs global audiences.
  • Ensuring best practice sharing is simple and learnings are documented and utilized.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Ability to cross-functionally lead (up and down) to achieve single, aligned outcomes.
  • Footwear, apparel or athletic experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and across different geographic regions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, a minimum 8 years of industry experience with preferred working experience directly in marketing or closely related field at a global brand.
