Internal Communications Specialist Jobs

We’re searching for a savvy contract Internal Communications Specialist to help our client roll out a new program! This role is about 40-60 hours up front and then approximately 5 hours a week. This person must be able to sit in on a Friday meeting and have strong strategy and executional skills! This remote role is a great opportunity.

In this role you’ll be client facing, working with our client to develop the plan and strategy for a major rollout. You’ll put together a timeline, milestones and work with them during this conversion. We’re looking at 40-60 hours to put the plan together. 5 hours a week after that! The rollout will be in Spanish and English.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field degree.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in communication strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience (10 years) in internal communications with experience with change management.
• Knowledge of best practices in internal communications and change management.

THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll be collaborating with the CMO to concept and produce custom social images that engage customers. Think LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook. You’ll share innovative ideas and hot trends to boost engagement. Major plus if you have animation/video capabilities!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to talk with people at all levels.
• Ability to develop custom images through production
• Flexibility and Adaptability to ebb and flow with the work
• 2+ years of professional social media design experience (agency work preferred)
• Familiarity with Monday.com/project management software
• Strong Microsoft Office Program experience
