Internal Communication Specialist Jobs

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a remote Internal Communications Specialist in Richmond, VA.

IN-OFFICE POSITION

W-2 position,

• Shift/Hours: 8-5
• Type: Fulltime (40hours/week) contract
• Pay rate: $50/hr
• Length: 6+ months, possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

This role will support the communications lead for the project. Internal audiences include a large number of non-wired, warehouse and field-based team members, a national field sales team, and desk-based support teams. External audiences include customers and suppliers who will benefit from the investments and technological innovations included in this major initiative.

Requirements for the Communications Specialist position:

• Solid storytelling skills - to personalize our team's stories in a meaningful way for various audiences
• Ability to develop key messages for multiple audiences and repackage content to most effectively engage various audiences.
• 3+ years of Internal Communications experience.
• Technical: Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint;
• Experience communicating to employees who work without access to company computers or digital channels.
