Intern - Software Engineer Healthcare

• Will learn team dynamics in a SAFe agile environment, diagnostics, Testing and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Will shadow a senior developer making changes to internal and external facing applications.
• Will learn about the SDLC at the enterprise level, supporting live systems in production, and balancing client needs with product direction and future maintainability.
• Bring enthusiasm for programing and CS techniques.
• This intern developer will gain valuable real word experience with enterprise applications and systems that process millions of transactions an hour.

• Required: Currently in your junior or senior year studying toward a Bachelor's or master’s degree in, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Data Science.
• Preferred: Computer Science, US time zones.
• Previous Java software developer and data base work and internship experiences would be preferred.

• SpringBoot experience is a plus
• Comfortable with Java, SQL and Linux
• Familiarity with common computer science libraries such as java.util.concurrent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interested in collaborating on a large team with other programmer on innovative projects
• Conceptual understanding of fundamental programing concepts either from your degree or self-learning
