Exodus Capital is a New York City based commercial real estate brokerage firm. We are in the business of exiting clients out of assets and into opportunities. With a track record of sourcing and closing over $220M+ in multifamily investments, we broker with a cycle-awareness approach.

We are looking for full-time fall interns who have the mindset to segue into permanent roles. We want interns with high emotional intelligence, intuitive sales skills and a hunger to work for a new, developing company.

We are flexible with schedules if you are a current student/commuter.

Description:

• Develop in depth understanding of market-wide trends
• Handle diligence maintenance for current deal flow
• Conduct weekly tours on firm-wide inventory
• Prospecting new business opportunities with multifamily operators
• Preferably in process of getting NYS real estate license, but not required initially *
• Underwriting current and potential deal flow - familiarity in excel needed
• Ability to track weekly comps, recent sales and data
