About Us
We are a renowned organization, committed to driving excellence in National Security Solutions (NSS). Our People Team plays a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, developing, rewarding, and engaging our NSS talent. As an intern, you'll be an integral part of this team, working closely with our NSS People Leader on a variety of exciting HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the NSS People Leader to support and execute HR initiatives
Contribute to the attraction and retention of top talent within NSS
Assist in creating innovative strategies for talent development and engagement
Gain experience in a hybrid work environment, with both remote and in-person opportunities
Thrive in a diverse and inclusive office setting, located at one of our major NSS offices in Chantilly, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Huntsville, AL; Dayton, OH; or Ann Arbor, MI.
What We're Looking For
A current college student or recent graduate with a focus on human resources management, Industrial Psychology, Communications, or General Business
Previous experience working in an office environment
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a team setting
Excellent oral, written, and virtual communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining confidentiality
A curious mind, eager to explore and learn new aspects of HR
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
