Intelligence Integrator
The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about helping organizations successfully develop and implement strategy to advance their operations? We are looking for a skilled intelligence integrator like you who has experience coordinating with stakeholders and developing and implementing Air Force (AF) strategy, who is adept at identifying and interpreting data to provide clients with expert recommendations, identifying long-term goals, and implementing processes to advance our clients’ missions. As an intelligence integrator with expertise in both intelligence and strategy, you will act as a direct advisor to AF clients for shaping the future of Intelligence Support to Information Operations.
You will work across multiple AF organizations to develop and implement technical solutions and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that enhance the AF’s information operations capabilities. In addition to your technical knowledge, you will bring your strategic acumen to identify and address intelligence gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to program leadership for implementation.
This is an opportunity to support AF Information Operations by supporting a wide variety of planning efforts using organizational strategy and transformation and change components, combined with advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise.

You Have:
  • Secret clearance
  • 4+ years of experience with the AF intelligence community
  • Ability to identify intelligence gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and develop technical solutions and TTPs to enhance AF Intelligence support information operations
  • Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with client strategic objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience developing and delivering roadmaps and outlines for intelligence training, education, curriculum, and courses to enhance AF intelligence support to information operations
  • Ability to develop concepts and supporting documents for client engagements
  • Knowledge of the AF Intelligence cycle, training, and education
Nice If You Have:
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and technical editing skills
  • Experience as an Intelligence Officer (14N) or Operations Intelligence Analyst (1N0X1)
  • 2+ years of experience with IO, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Military Deception (MILDEC) and Deception Activities, or Counter-ISR
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in Change Management, Program Management, Project Management, and Strategic Communications
  • Experience working with AF two-letter and three-letter organizations at AF Headquarters
  • Experience working with strategy documentation at AF Headquarters
  • 2+ years of experience with strategy

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
