Connect n Care ABA is searching for a highly organized, motivated team player to serve as Intake Coordinator for ABA services. Come join a compassionate team of dedicated professionals! As an Intake Coordinator, you get to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Our organization believes that each child should have an opportunity to succeed, and you have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that this happens.
This role will manage new referrals through the intake process. As intake coordinator this position will grow into a full-time position meeting the needs of the company. Thorough training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Field family’s questions and concerns
- Maintaining relationships with referral sources and community agencies
- Work with insurance providers
- May be required to assist with marketing events
- Coordinate with operations director and clinical team regarding start of services
- Obtain all necessary application materials from families
- Coordinating all aspects of referral/admission processes
- Assessing needs of clients during intake
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members and be flexible
- Experience in the field of ABA or experience with the autistic population
- Strong verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong listening skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
