Connect n Care ABA is searching for a highly organized, motivated team player to serve as Intake Coordinator for ABA services. Come join a compassionate team of dedicated professionals! As an Intake Coordinator, you get to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. This role will manage new referrals through the intake process. As intake coordinator this position will grow into a full-time position meeting the needs of the company. Thorough training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Field family’s questions and concerns
• Maintaining relationships with referral sources and community agencies
• Work with insurance providers
• May be required to assist with marketing events
• Coordinate with operations director and clinical team regarding start of services
• Obtain all necessary application materials from families
• Coordinating all aspects of referral/admission processes
• Assessing needs of clients during intake

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members and be flexible
• Experience in the field of ABA or experience with the autistic population
• Strong verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong listening skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
