📍Location: This is a remote position. US time zone is required.

About The Role


You will be creating dynamic, engaging, and exciting learning content from concept to implementation in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. You should excel at simplifying concepts, procedures, and sophisticated technical information. You are curious about how things work and are able to deliver on your commitments. You’ll focus on instructional design, content development, and collaboration.


Timeline: Starting June 1st with the possibility of extending through June/July of 2024.


W2 Contract with benefits for 40 hours per week.


The hourly rate is negotiable.


In this role, you will:


  • Keep learning curriculum up-to-date
  • Create effective facilitator guides and train the trainers or operations management teams
  • Design and develop instructional materials and learning paths, ensuring maximum engagement and effectiveness across multiple modalities of learning
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts to capture knowledge and accurately reflect it within the curriculum content
  • Create eLearning and ILT content, assessment, and evaluation criteria aligned with training objectives


What you must have:


  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
  • Organized with a strong ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years experience in corporate training or instructional design (with the ability to present a portfolio)
  • 3+ years of experience using learning authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite, G Suite, Articulate, and Captivate
  • Ability to meet aggressive timelines for deliverables, with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning theories
  • 3+ years of experience in content editing and minimalist writing
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Keeps up to date with the latest trends in Learning and Development
  • Proactively seeks out feedback and opportunities for improvement, and adapts deliverables in response
  • Experience with simulations, VR, game design, branching scenarios, etc.
  • Shifts gears comfortably as business needs evolve
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology and operations (AVTO)
  • Professional Certifications (instructional design)
