As a non-tenure track faculty member, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aspiring educators. These positions offer flexibility, ranging from part-time to full-time, with the potential for renewal. Your primary responsibilities will be based at our vibrant East Lansing campus, with occasional travel to off-campus sites in Chicago, Detroit, or Grand Rapids.

Key Responsibilities
Teach and mentor aspiring teachers in our elementary and secondary education programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum and instructional strategies.
Engage in research and scholarly activities to contribute to the field of education.
Foster partnerships with PK-12 district partners and community organizations.
Provide guidance to master's and doctoral students in curriculum and instruction.
Qualifications
Master's degree in curriculum, instruction, or a relevant education field for the Instructor rank.
Doctorate degree in curriculum, instruction, or a relevant education field for the Assistant Professor rank.
Experience teaching at the PK-12 level and in college-level instruction.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice in teacher education.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. or other terminal qualifying degree in a relevant field.
Experience working with teaching interns and collaborating with PK-12 district partners and community organizations.
