Responsibilities Of Our Inside Sales Representative

• Upselling products and services
• Ability to answer questions, overcome objections, and convey value to customers
• Provide direct support to the Sales & Installation Departments to ensure that the department can meet its defined monthly goals and growth targets
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales

Requirements Of Our Inside Sales Representative

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Strong desire to help people
• Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills
• Prior sales experience: outside or inside sales positions, or outbound call center sales
• Computer Skills: MS Office
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Home Service Industry Experience preferred

Annual Pay $45,000 - $50,000 Plus Commission
