Initial Autocad Drafter Jobs

The AutoCAD Initial Drafter will assist our AutoCAD Designers as well as our fiber team in helping create and setting up AutoCAD files. Responsibilities will include using Google Earth Pro to import aerial background imagery into AutoCAD, creating and setting up AutoCAD files for Designers, completing initial drafts including buildings/sidewalks/driveways. You will be working on four to seven projects at any given time.

Responsibilities:

• Create/set up AutoCAD files for Designers
• Use GIS Interactive maps
• Set up sheet layouts in AutoCAD
• Follow 123NET Design standards
• Complete initial draft in AutoCAD to include outlines of buildings, sidewalks, driveways, etc.
• Communicate with Designers for project timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using AutoCAD
• Experience using Google Earth Pro

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
