Position: In-House Co-Counsel

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:

As an In-House Co-Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in our company's mission to provide access to justice for individuals impacted by mass torts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Referral Management: Collaborate with our extensive network of law firms to effectively match clients with experienced attorneys who specialize in specific mass torts.
• Case Evaluation: Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of potential mass tort cases to determine their viability and potential for success.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized case files, including client information, referral agreements, and relevant legal documents.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations governing mass tort acquisitions and referrals.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and make sound judgments.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in [state].
• Experience in marketing, business development, or client acquisition in the legal industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
