Work on factory strategy and product QCA strategy, financial control, Human resources management in local plant, etc. as well as leading the factory team to achieve the product and factory profit targets in USA.

Responsibilities：

1. Implement various production management rules and regulations, be responsible for illegal command, production and all accidents, and directly report to the President;

2. Prepare production plans and production operation plans, complete all production and manufacturing tasks on time, and be responsible for failing to complete production plans and production operation plans;

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in MBA/Production management is preferred;

2. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with experience in production planning, logistic, purchase, store, human resources, financial management etc, as well as marketing experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the Food Bakery industry or bakery products, experience in food industry or FMCG Industry or Non-Dairy Whip Topping in USA;

4. Priority given to successful development of new factory building, and good relationship with local government.

5. Have a keen local market perception ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as learning and innovative abilities, open minded, open minded, and like to challenge and have a creative things.

6. Proficient in English and Spanish as a working language.
