Job Description

IT SYSTEM ENGINEER


We are looking for a dynamic IT Systems Engineer who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will:


  • Implement company's best practices.
  • Establish, Maintain, and Provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks;
  • Work cross-functionally across several clients' enterprises between technology and the rest of their business to design and implement large scale solutions; and


IT System Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Prepares operational and technical documentation;
  • Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.
  • Supports both operational and engineering functions at client account;
  • Troubleshoots and maintains clients' IT infrastructures 24/7; and
  • Works with internal and client's technicians and engineering groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required;
  • Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with them to ensure the implementation meets the client's needs;


IT System Engineer Requirements

  • Knowledge of system security;
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Technical expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems, Office365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server; mastery of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems;
  • Proficient with networking; and
