Title: Information Security Manager

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Cincinnati, OH.

Salary: Up to $135,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus*

I am currently partnering with a leading luxury manufacutring company with a network in more than 150+ countries and almost 10,000 stores globally. They are looking to bring on a Manager of Information Security to build out and lead both a security risk and controls/compliance program within their cybersecurity division. You will be responsible for all processes ranging from designing to monitoring the information security risk program. You will be working with stakeholders and industry leaders as well to design a compliance program that will support the growth of the company while also mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end to end process with designing through monitoring of the information security risk program.

Create and maintain information security policies

Collaborating with internal C suite executives and various stakeholders.

Conduct internal assessments to further understand how effective the standards, policies, and frameworks are

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Required, Preference to BS and higher education.

4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related compliance role

Good understanding of various frameworks including but not limited to SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, & PCI

Experience with data loss prevention tools or data inventory tools.
