Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an Infection Control and Staff Development Nurse

What will you do as an Infection Control and Staff Development Nurse


  • Own accountability for decreasing the incidence and transmission of infectious diseases between residents, staff, visitors and the community
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedure of the facility through various methods including hands on training
  • Ensure that all monthly nursing education is completed by staff and help orient new employees.
  • Partner with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to provide hands on training for our nursing team.


What you need as an Infection Control and Staff Development Nurse


  • Licensed as an RN
  • Previous staff development experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility
