Job Description

We are assembling a world class Board of Directors and seeking an experienced Industry Expert to add to our current Board of Directors. We are currently interviewing qualified candidates. Founding Board members will be issued free founders equity and will not be asked to contribute capital. Currently the time commitment is low, as we gain traction through acquisitions, so will the time commitment.


The ideal candidate will have a firm specialized background in the Senior Living Industry and be willing to meet as required, with the Board of Directors to discuss acquisition's, help evaluate company decisions, and make strategic suggestions. This position is suited for an individual who has hands on experience in healthcare, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and has experienced growth with other companies successfully in the past.


Requirements:

1. HealthCare Senior Living Industry Experts

2. Must have open availability, being retired/semi retired would be beneficial for the position.

3. Must have grown with companies successfully in the past.

4. Must live in Boston/Greater Boston area.
