In-House Office Manager and Leads Scheduler
- Experience is necessary with Excel and Word, QuickBooks experience is a plus.

- Job includes in-house bookkeeping and other aspects of office management such as ordering materials and scheduling with potential clients.

- Pay all incoming bills from contractors, vendor, services, etc.

- Create documents and procedures to ensure a smoothly running office
- Invoice customers and Receive payments (send balance statements to client)
- Schedule zoom meeting with potential client
- Respond quickly to email and phone calls from potential customers
- Schedule leads appointment on CRM system to sale person
- Review and reconcile transactions
- Order materials and Oversees orders and delivery and check if in good condition
- Responsible for Onboarding of new Employees
- Follow up payments, ensuring all money have been received
- Quickbooks
- Schedule Service calls
- Office software: Excel and word
- Confirm scheduled appointments with vendors and homeowners. Stay on top of all projects schedule
- Prepare contracts and other documents as needed (PM and Installer folder)
- Enter and record invoices to appropriate jobs in BuilderTrend &
