In-House Office Manager and Leads Scheduler


  • Experience is necessary with Excel and Word, QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Office Manager Position


Job description:


  • Pay all incoming bills from contractors, vendor, services, etc.
  • Problem solver, creative and team player
  • Provide good customer service
  • Create documents and procedures to ensure a smoothly running office
  • Invoice customers and Receive payments (send balance statements to client)
  • Schedule zoom meeting with potential client
  • Respond quickly to email and phone calls from potential customers
  • Schedule leads appointment on CRM system to sale person
  • Review and reconcile transactions
  • Order materials and Oversees orders and delivery and check if in good condition
  • Responsible for Onboarding of new Employees
  • Follow up payments, ensuring all money have been received
  • Quickbooks
  • Schedule Service calls
  • Office software: Excel and word
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with vendors and homeowners. Stay on top of all projects schedule
  • Prepare contracts and other documents as needed (PM and Installer folder)
  • Enter and record invoices to appropriate jobs in BuilderTrend &


Compensation:


Base salary + commission
