Job Description
Job Overview


The Implementation Coordinator will be a member of the Launch team responsible for the launches of new hospital inpatient units at client facilities. The launch process begins the day the client SOW is signed and continues until the day of launch. The intent of the Launch Team is to ensure all launches are completed on time and meet client expectations of care and coverage.


The role requires strong behavioral health clinical experience combined with excellent project management skills. It also requires a compassionate nature, collaboration skills, knowledge of health care practices, and excellent customer service to communicate internally across all FFT functions, as well as with our client facilities and with our providers.


This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all clinical requirements of the client are understood and that these needs are embedded in our clinical workflow at launch and communicated to all clinical resources to be deployed by the company.


Responsibilities (but not limited to)


  • Work with Manager, Care Delivery Implementation to ensure launch plans for each new client facility launch have clear clinical understanding of client needs
  • Work with clients on understanding and documenting the existing clinical workflow and how the workflow will work with the agreed scope of work
  • Suggest improvements to launch process as client facilities are launched and lessons are learned on what works and what can be improved
  • Work with Manager, Care Delivery Implementation to project manage each launch using the launch plans
  • Manage and facilitate communications with clients during launch plan using agreed Care Delivery timelines, including written communication and Zoom calls, to provide updates, receive updates and ensure client readiness for launch
  • Work with Manager, Care Delivery Implementation to ensure all issues that affect launch dates and client success are quickly raised to operations leadership for resolution
  • Use Forefront tools/systems including Salesforce to manage launches and communication
  • Collaborate and communicate across all FFT functions (including but not limited to Sales, Provider Recruiting, Provider Placement, Empanelment, Credentialing, and Care Delivery) to ensure that all team members are aware of and following expected milestones


Success Measures


  • Ensure that Client launch project plans incorporate all aspects of clinical delivery
  • Client facility is launched on agreed date using launch plan with all clinical needs embedded in workflows
  • Issues relating to launch are quickly and clearly identified and resolved


Education, Experience, Training And Knowledge


  • Experience in in-patient behavioral health workflows and processes
  • Knowledge of Unit and/or ED hospital workflows and how company clinical teams might be affected by and need to be alerted to prior to launch
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience as a project manager a plus
  • Additional relevant clinical certifications a plus
