Immune Effector Cellular Therapy Quality, Rn

Excellent opportunity to join the cellular therapy service at MGH!

The Immune Effector Cellular Therapy Quality RN is responsible for the oversight of the quality and specialized regulatory needs of the Immune Effector Cellular Therapy (IEC) side of the Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (HCTCT) program. You will work closely with our healthcare team to track outcomes and develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in cellular therapy and quality improvement methodologies, excellent communication skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes. This Quality RN is supported by a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, cellular therapy nurse manager and registered nurses and will be integrated into the larger MGH Cancer Center Quality and Safety Team.

3+ years of experience as a nurse working the Hematopoietic Cell Transplant (HCT) and/or Immune Effector Cellular Therapy (ICE) patients.

Experience with performance improvement methods, including statistical concepts and applications. preferred.

Strong organization and people skills, with a capacity for analyzing and presenting data.

Self-directed and able to work independently.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications), with ability to utilize spreadsheet and graphic programs to present data.
