The Role

As an IAM and IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to end-users and helping to manage access to our organization's resources. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and eager-to-learn IT professional seeking a dynamic and innovative organization.

What you’ll do:
  • Install and troubleshoot software and applications on computers and mobile devices
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to IAM and IT Support
  • Configure and set up new computers for end-users, including both Windows and macOS devices
  • Assist in the development of IAM policies and procedures
  • Provide basic technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Provide support for user onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems and applications
  • Manage user access controls, including adding and removing users from groups and updating permissions as needed
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex technical issues
  • Ensure that all devices are properly configured and secure before being deployed to end-users
Who you are:
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and focused on ensuring the security and compliance of systems and data
  • 1+ years of experience in IAM or IT support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relative experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Ability to write basic scripts in PowerShell or Bash
  • Familiarity with virtualization technology, such as VMware and Hyper-V
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Permissions, GSuite, Office 365, and Azure

Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
$50k-$60k

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
