How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role you will provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning applications across American Express Banking and Blueprint products. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound servicing while reviewing and approving the applications for both new and existing customers. You will be required to document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures and adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to processing of applications. As this role supports the first customer interaction across Banking and Blueprint products, ideal candidates have a strong willingness to assist and act as brand ambassadors with each interaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Call center experience
  • Proven success in a customer service role (two years+)
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service etiquettes.
  • Ability to connect with customer and willingness to deliver extraordinary service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and suggest process improvements.
  • 1+ years' experience in Fraud/ high risk account review

This position will be located onsite within our service center located in Phoenix, AZ, Sunrise, FL, Sandy, UT or Atlanta, GA. The individual will work in a hybrid environment 3 days in office and 2 days virtually post training and certification.

Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.60 hourly + bonus + benefits
