Hvac Maintenance Technician (Ft)

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician. The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and basic repairs of HVAC systems.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.
• Cleaning and maintaining systems.

HVAC Technician Requirements

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
